Birth in pain-feedback - opinion

Have a nice day colleagues and health.

I just want to share the severe pain of the birth of the denarius and the legend. I opened a new thread-Although here they are ,, having a dream ,, to design a currency ,, or my efforts to get help https://en.numista.com/forum/topic94244.html
Why am I doing this?
I was seriously ill last year saved my life by proton radiation in Prague. I want to donate a coin to everyone who believed me-and I believed too that I will be healed.
They gave me morphine and Bulhar lay with me in the hospital for 3 months and I read history and talked about his grandfather at home in the Danube Delta.
Man's faith!!
It's as old as humanity itself is a placebo and it's completely what you believe.

As,, Jarcek,, once said here-the Pastafarians would argue that this is their highest deity ,,spaghetti and ketchup itself,,
Hard way and I'm at the beginning, a colleague from India advised me on a hydraulic press so I will improve it and I have it. I will complete the whole legend so now just a description ,
I have been dealing with it since today, when the production of dies was completed.

it's a trial for Al

these are today's attempts by hand so far

Yeah, a font outside of Latin the oldest Slavic Hlahoika is used.

Gorazd's Moravian denarius / human faith.

It is a fictitious imitation of the medieval coin of the ancient Slavs of the Great Moravian Empire, those who did not need and use coins for their lives at all. Pieces of canvas / pay / or animal skins served as the equivalent of exchanging goods. It was created on the basis of the Bulgarian * legend of St. Gorazd, one of the Seven Beginners.
The denarius depicts the faith of man as it is indelibly and for the first time in history described and depicted.
The denarius shows the following scene:

AVERS: The Way of Bishop St. Methodius / with the relics of St. Clement and brother Constantine after returning from Rome / accompanied by the disciples of St. Gorazda and others / from the spring of 870 from today's Staré Město / maybe Veligrad / to Hradisko today's Klimentek near Osvětimany-also possible Veligrad / - a monastery of black monks hidden in the woods, the party stopped on the spot in the sacred - on the miracle site see the reverse, where he baptized St. Methodius local Slavic crumb.

Inscription: Latin / Glagolitic

AVERS:
,, ET PROPE FONTEM CAPELLA FULMIN IN VIILA MEDLOVIC,,
Hlaholic
DIEM MMXX A.D
Translation: At the Fountain / well / chapel, for lightning XII. Leg. , in the village of Medlovice

21.3.870 Med…
Date 2020 A.D.

REVERSE: a miracle that happened in the 2nd century AD. around 175, and was carved in marble immediately after the event, the column was erected in 196. God saved the Roman army from death. The column was erected on today's Piazza Colonna in Rome - the victorious column of Marcus Aurelius. There have been debates for two thousand years whose god it was and where it should have happened. Immediately after the event, counterfeits began to emerge and the interpretation changed (but the column still stands today) came the time of history sweepers.

Inscription:

REVERSE:

,,VICT.-FULMINATA *EXERCITUS QVI LAV*DUXIT PARTINAX* VALLEY MEDLOVICE,,

Translation: In honour of the victory of the XII Legion of the Thunder / Lightning / Commander Partinax village Medlovice

Hi Ivan,
You have been through a lot of turbulence. Physical & emotional turmoil take a heavy toll, but when you come out of all this - the feeling of good health & getting back home is a very unique one.
We learn to appreciate small things in life. I am glad you are fine and back to doing everything you like. The coins you are minting on the hydraulic press will be an awesome thing to behold.
I hope 200 or 1000 years from now this will continue to be discussed on Numista.
take care
regards
Have a nice day in these turbo-virus times.
Any advice would help me or try another procedure!
A colleague summed it up exactly -emotional turmoil. My knowledge on the second day of token production.
The exonummy will probably be asked by the "Moravian Section" / I don't want it to fit between shopping chips in a cart or car wash/ ha- ha-ha
I don't have a press yet, I ordered a press 4 tons + my son will build -I'm hitting it with a hammer now,
I cast tin myself, I only have a problem with bubbles on the surface, and I am looking for a manufacturer of 24.5 mm aluminum wheels.
the second day of production. /please photos are for illustration only mobile no artistic/

I found a decent box in the morning:

I made two chips, one smeared with copper patina and the other with brown:

wish like copper ?

here is painted half ,wipe with steel wool, immediately afterwards pour water and I sprayed WD 40

my imperfect blank tin and a paper spacer between the two dies:

immediately after the blow and separation remains in the paper . I need to handle this procedure better what?

that's the whole production so far, at the bottom right of Al Trial , in the lower left yesterday's attempt , above today imitating copper and Ag , the size should be 24.5 mm but I can't do it and therefore the purchased packaging does not fit me . Shall I put an etue on the silver? I don't have a melting process yet.
There's some advice, you know gossiping about coins for hours -It is difficult to knee at home in a medieval way.
Ivan
Ivan,
Very interesting story and fascinating undertaking. Please keep the updates on the project coming.
You might also try with Aluminium https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces186760.html

Nice greetings.
Yes I want aluminum I just can't find a manufacturer for 100 pcs /24,5 mm-it is the softest and fits into the press, but I would also like to try brass, silver and melt gold.

something so simplistic -even easier more.

thanks Ivan.
Have a nice day.

Yes, I continue with the project and solve the construction of the press. My knowledge is increasing- hand casting tin for use in the press does not fit. There must be absolutely straight original semi-finished product therefore I order the original aluminum and brass / also Nordic /.
But I don't want perfect gorgeous -I want a replica unmatched by hand , yes knowledge ,, can not be done by hand absolutely finished on cast metal,,
I think the ancestors knew it -that is why I find art a thousand years old fascinating.
I assemble a home press from freely available materials, it is a stainless steel construction and I am looking for a way to hold everything together. This is just an attempt again and I think I'm improving?
What is better before patina after patina?

Ahoj Ivan
The after looks better, but not sure if it is because the 1st photo is not properly focussed.
I wish my colleagues a nice day all over the world.

Probably the last post ,the project is tested -my main finding is :
,,it is not possible to do exactly today what the ancestors did thousands of years ago,,
maybe it's the other way around, I don't know?
As a colleague said ,,Physical & emotional turmoil,, -By donating this token, I make people happy ,, mainly by telling the legend,, I'm trying to get this legend on the web, I'm just a little uneducated
on computers I will wrestle and I will achieve it ,, and that is the faith,,
The last attempts brought me they brought me the ordered semi-finished products I also had to order their other products because they themselves coin clippings so they don't sell themselves. The stamp is a symbol of our village and both coins are replicas of what society does .

I didn't put any patina on the brass, I didn't catch anything on the aluminum , industrial tin there is patina grabbed only silver . Cast metal own tin knocking with a hammer -and then I grind a copper patina also caught there.
this is a manual result ( press 4 tons is weak I have to replace it )

Be Healthy , greetings Ivan
