Aruba - Issue of two commemorative coins of 5 and 10 guilders. They both commemorate the enthronement of King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands. The 5 guilders coin is silver, while the 10 is gold. Each coin has a mintage of 2,000.

Austria - Issue of a commemorative 5€. It is dedicated to the "Land of Water" (Land of Wassers in German). It exists in two versions: the first is copper with a mintage of 200,000 and is available at its face value, while the second, 80% silver, with a mintage of 50,000, and is available at the price of 14.20 €.

Finland - Issue of a bimetallic commemorative €5. This is the latest in a series of coins dedicated to seasons and specifically commemorates the summer. It has a montage of 50,000 in BU and 7,000 in Proof.

France - Issue of circulating commemorative €2. It is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Pierre de Coubertin. 1,000,000 were put into circulation, 10,000 were minted in BU and 10,000 in Proof.

Greece - Unveiled of a graphic of two 2013 €2 coins. The first coin commemorates the 2400th anniversary of the founding of the Platonic Academy. It will have a mintage of 750,000 copies to a date yet not revealed (help needed).

Latvia - Issue of a commemorative 1 lats. It is issued as part of the commemoration of the bicentenary of the birth of Richard Wagner and is specifically dedicated to the nearly two years he was director of principal conductor of Riga Theatre from August 1937 to June 1939. It is 92.5% silver, with a mintage of 5,000. Note: It has been struck by the Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt.

Netherlands - Issue of a commemorative €5. It is the second in a series started last year commemorating the World Heritage Sites of UNESCO and is dedicated specifically to the Rietveld Schröder House. 250,000 coins were issued. Note that it has a small effigy of King Willem-Alexander.

Portugal - Issue of a commemorative circulating 2€. It commemorates the 250th anniversary of the Clérigos Tower. Its mintage is 500,000 coins. Note that the first offering was originally scheduled for June 20. In addition, it is the only Portuguese coin to be put into circulation this year, because no "normal" coin will be released in 2013.

Vatican - Issue of the Sede vacante 2€. It has a mintage of 111,000.

In the Netherlands there is no new "Issue of a commemorative €2"; coin but this is a €5 coin.
