attended this fair two years ago in September, as I was in Birmingham anyway. Good selection, nice people (as far as I remember), no yelling, shouting or fighting, at least not once I was there :-) No trouble with cash (UK was part of the EU then, anyway) whatsoever. A little off-site when you are without car. Site is not connected to public transportation. No issue going there by taxi from the airport or airport station (about 4 pounds if I remember correctly), a little harder finding a taxi to leave there - waited for some 15 minutes and then caught one, delivering people there…
Dear Russmape, you are wrong. I take money to Italy , to germany to many countries in europe. They ask for proof only if you have more than 10000€.
And I had a Receipt from the ATM. Stop pretending that you knew what happened to me.
If you have cash you must be able to prove its legal. Statement Receipt from the ATM for money. Not difficult really.
Limited offer, mainly from UK. Sellers are too emotional, get into loud arguments and fights. If you have more than 1000 pounds the money will be seized at the airport. Good only for UK residents.
