This museum is located in the former Mendoza Bank building in obispo street it has a very interesting collection

The Numismatic Museum of Havana is the only museum in the world dedicated exclusively to numismatics. It was founded in October 1975 and currently has 1,522 pieces of considerable importance for collectors on permanent display, in addition to having classified and valued another 36,203 from its collections, which are grouped in the different historical stages of Cuba. Among the most interesting elements of this collection are 20 gold coins of great value, medals, decorations, tokens that were given in the sugar mills as currency, bonds, lottery tickets, numismatic documents and forgeries detected in the country.
