There are three lifts in the tower (double decked). Access to the restaurant is by lift 1 or 2 only. The public use the third lift for access to the lookout etc. Access from the restaurant to the lookout is not available.
the tokens to access the restaurant were sold at the ground floor, two types, Adult and Child, separate tokens for each lift for accounting purposes.
