Notes
These notes did not contain the signatures of the Minister of Finance and the director of the Amortization Fund ("Amortization Fund"); they were signed. The autograph was a signature or endorsement of an employee of both the Ministry of Finance and the Amortization Fund, as provided for by Law No. 4781 of October 3, 1942. The notes arrived in Brazil in packages containing 500 units. When employees signed 1,000 notes, they received a bonus of 15 cruzeiros.
