Issued as a set of three inside an oblong blue SA Mint case consisting of this bronze medal together with a gold and silver medal with different reverse designs.

Mintage of 1,000 sets of three recorded.

Also also issued in sets of two with the silver medal only in a shorter oblong blue case.

1,500 sets of two recorded.
