33th Aureus Magnus series designed by Werner Graul commemorating the unity of all peoples of the Earth. Variants exist in 1, 2½, 5, 10, 20 and 30 ducats denominations. Silver variants exist in 1 and 3 argenteus denominations.
Type 1 variant has plain background in obverse. Type 2 variant has sun rays in background. Some Type 1 variants use ‘AVORUM NON MORITURA VIRTUS’ reverse. Others can use ‘PRO PROSPERITATE MUNDI’ reverse.
Graul designed a series of gold medals (ducats) which he called Aureus Magnus between 1955 and 1982.
