Ama llulla, ama suwa, ama qilla (Don't be liar, don't be robber, don't be lazy) are the simple and powerful principles of the Inca Empire. Inca empire was the biggest pre-colombian empire on Americas, On the west shore of South América, from Maule river in Chile to Ancasmayo river in Colombia, from Pacific seashore to Amazonas jungle and Great Chaco. 

To proposal of Bolivia, the motto was accepted by UNO as principles for clear and efficient public administration.

Religion was very important on Inca culture, government and administration were based on religious figures, and most aspects of daily life followed these concepts.
