Translation: Christian IV King of Denmark, Norway of the Wends and the Goths

King on a roaring horse right, inside a circle with his motto along the inner rim. King is in full armor and wears an helm with long plumes; as the obverse he holds a command staff in right hand. Around there are the 14 provincial coats of arms outside the circle surrounding the rider, with King's Crown in upper position and the Pendant of the Order of the Elephant in the lower.
