In the standard work on the coins of Trier by Schrötter, “Die Münzen von Trier - zweiter Teil” (1908), there is only the description taken from Bohl, “Die Trierischen Münzen - Chronologisch geordnet und beschrieben” ( 1823) under number 30.
Similar to KM# 277 but with inscription “100 EINE…”
