Comments

On June 14th., 1825 was set the provisional Government, Manuel Calleros was named President, Juan Antonio Lavalleja was named General Chief and Fructuoso Rivera was named General Arms Inspector. On August 25th., 1825 in reunion of the representatives of Oriental Province reunion; were created fundamental laws, as the Independence Declaration, the union to the Provinces of Rio de la Plata (as Provincia Oriental), and the Law of creation of national flag. Both at Florida, city placed at center of the country.
