Crowned and armoured half-length figure facing right, large lion head on low shoulder, elbow out of frame, holding scepter. 4 stripes on the side of the armor under shoulder. Legend around a beaded inner circle.

Reverse

Crowned ornate flat-top shield with composite coat of arms and Upper Alsace shield at center inside a beaded inner circle, legend surrounding. Crown breaks inner circle in the middle.
