Interesting Canadian advertising medallion. There may be others for the complete Apollo series.

The date of the launch ended up incorrect  on the medal, as Wikipedia explains, “Launched at 12:33 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on December 7, 1972, following the only launchpad delay in the Apollo program, which was caused by a hardware problem, …”
