Translation: Plassentocht" is a widely known Dutch phrase. In English, it translates to "puddle tour" or "puddle walk". The phrase often refers to a walk or hike where the path or trail might be muddy or have puddles, but may also be used for distance skating events on natural ice (which may have puddles of melted ice on the route).
