Black and green print; pale green underprint.
Standing allegorical women at left and right, representing Law and Constitution.
Issuer name on top, face value in numbers over letter "C" (for "Cien"= one hundred) on left and right top; in letters on both top corners and center; repeated "CIEN" and "100" all over edges.
Ordinal series (numbered by order) at left and right center, plus "A" letter on lower left and right; no serial #s.
Issuing location with space for adding handwritten or overprinted date on center, below face value; space for 3 handwritten or overprinted signatures, with titles below, on lower zone. Printer name on bottom.

Issuer name at center, in 3 lines. Face value as numbers over "C"at sides. Printer name on bottom.
