Goznak house note dated 2025 but released in 2024 at the HKINF numismatic fair in Hong Kong.

UV activity at 365nm:
Minor changes under 254nm:
On the obverse the note has phosphorescent ink. It glows green even after the UV light has been switched off:

This note also has anti-Stokes fluorescence on the obverse of the note. It can be revealed by an infrared beam at 980nm.
