"Landgrave will become tough"
The city of Ruhla commits to redeeming within one year after the conclusion of peace. This obligation expires after the end of another year.
Ruhla was divided along Erbstrom river. The western part belonged to Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach until 1920, the eastern part belonged to Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (until November 1918) resp. the state of Gotha (November 1918-1920). In 1920, both became part of Thuringia and united. There were two separate administrations before, but the Notgeld was a joint issue.
