Goznak note commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of famous rocket engineer and designer Sergei Korolev. He is regarded as the father of the Russian space programme.
The foil security thread has an alternating blue and black pattern, best seen under backlight. Also under backlight you can see the number 100 in microperforations overlying the top of the thread:
UV activity at 365nm:
The note has at least four different colours of anti-Stokes fluorescent ink on the obverse. This can be revealed by an infrared beam at 980nm.
The location and colour of some of these anti-Stokes designs are represented in the graphic below:
