Commemorative medal of the May Revolution Centenary, Argentina, 1910.
This piece celebrates the 100th anniversary of the May Revolution of 1810, with a special reference to the province of Mendoza. One side features the national coat of arms with the famous phrase "Del Tupungato al Chimborazo" from the National Anthem, symbolizing the extension of Argentina across the Andes mountains. The other side depicts a mountain landscape and the inscriptions "Mendoza 1810 - 1910".
