This facility was located in the Jūjō district of Kita, Tokyo. Formerly a Japanese Imperial Army arsenal, it was taken over by the U.S. military after Japan's 1945 surrender to serve as a massive logistics hub. It became critical for repairing and refitting vehicles during the Korean War.
