Comments

Inuvik, population 3,400, is the northernmost settlement in North America accessible by public road. Despite its location in the North-West Territories, it can only be accessed by driving through the Yukon.

"Delta" refers not to the fourth Greek letter, but to Inuvik's location on the MacKenzie River Delta on the frozen shores of the Arctic Ocean.
