Comments

Willis island is a submerged island in the Coral Sea northeast of Queensland, Australia. It has been described as the “ultimate reef diving adventure” with a wide variety of colorful corals. Sharks are also common. In 2016 an unusual non-circulating multi-colored "pie slice" shaped 10 Dollar coin was issued for Willis island. The reverse features a two clown-fish in a coral garden. The obverse depicts Queen Elizabeth. The odd-shaped silver-plated Proof coin has a mintage of only 100 pieces.
