Comments

Obverse
Die I - Lion head to the right, thick script, long well graved locks of hair, the wiskers at the bottom are evenly cut.
Die II - Lion to the left, thin script, short locks of hair, there are two long wiskers at the bottom.
Die III - Large lion head, details almost touch the rim.

Reverse
Die A - thick script, numeral 1 closer to peasant, details far from rim, the soil depicted with rould clods of earth.
Die B - thin script, numeral 1 in the middle between peasant and horn of bull, details closer to rim, the soil depicted with hill-shape clods of earth.
Die C - thick script, details close to rim, FM monogram to the right.

Dies III and C are presented as the main photo of this article.

Combinations:
I+A EE1969 (struck by Royal Mint in London, the Great Britain).
II+B EE1969 (struck by Berlin, German Democratic Republic), EE1996, EE1997.
III+C EE1969 (struck by Franklin Mint, the USA).

Correspondence to SCWC references:
I+A KM#43.1.
II+B EE1969 - KM#43.2; EE1996, EE1997 - KM#43.3.
III+C KM#43.3.

Notes.
1. Position of lion head to the right and to the left on dies I and II sometimes by mistake is referred as small and large lion head, though the size does not differ much. See the size of lion head on the main image of this article, where die III with large lion head is presented.
2. The attribution by SCWC of years EE1996 and EE1997 as KM#43.3 is most probably a typo.
