This commemorative $ coin produced by the RAM was released into circulation through the tills at Woolworths stores from 5th July 2023. This is a clip from the Woolworths weekly catalogue mentioning the coins.


The coin is part of a set of seven coins to be issued that celebrate the Matildas Australian team participation in the Women's World Cup to be held in Australia and New Zealand from 20th July to 20th August 2023. There are four $1 coins issued immediately as part of the celebration and three $2 coins issued one week apart. This is an image of all seven coins.
