This "medal" was struck in March 1769 for the “Société de Musique” which composed the “Concert Bourgeois”. There is a file on this subject, Conseil des Finances, bundle 2571. Silver and copper tokens were distributed in the hall of the “Concert Bourgeois” (source: “Les Roettiers - Graveurs en Médaille des Pays-Bas Méridionaux”, by Jean BINGEN, printed on 9 November 1950)
