Description
This 6 coin Baby Mint Year set was issued by the RAM in 2023. The Theme was Baby Toys.
There were no standard definition coins included in the set for the first time in any Baby Set issued.
Six special NCLT commemorative coins were included that were unique to baby sets.
The 5cent was a Wooden Echidna.
The 10cent was a Marionette Lyrebird.
The 20cent was a Wind up Platypus.
The 50cent was a Plush Toy Coat of Arms
The $1 was four Plush Kangaroos.
The $2 was an Indigenous Baby.
A coloured Copper-nickel Token/Medallion was included for engraving of a baby name.
This was the last time the 6th Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clarke appeared on a Baby Coin Set.
Coins are issued in a thin plastic case which is inserted in a cardboard outer sleeve.
