Description

This 1969 Pink Label Ordinary Uncirculated Set of coins was one of two 1969 Decimal coin sets Minted by  The Royal Australian Mint in Canberra and issued by the New Zealand Government Treasury. It was issued in a red plastic wallet.

 

The set contains five standard definitive coins. 1c, 2c, 5c, 10c & 20c.

The 50 cent coin is an NCLT one with a special inscription on the edge.

The $1 coin is commemorating 200 years since Captain James Cook circumnavigated and mapped New Zealand in 1769 .

 

 

 

A 1969 Blue Label Polished Specimen Set of coins was also issued in a blue plastic wallet.
