Description

Official Lithuania 2022 BU coin set of 8 Coins. 

This BU coin set is dedicated to the modernist architecture of the city of Kaunas.

Kaunas Modernism plays an important role in the “Kaunas 2022 - European Capital of Culture”.

All the coins depict the coat of arms of Lithuania, which features an armoured knight on horseback, wielding a sword and carrying

a shield with Jagellonian cross.  This emblem is known as Vytis.
