As a referee, how can I edit a submission before publishing it?

For minor edits to new submissions and for issuer-specific formatting, referees are encouraged to make edits themselves, rather than return the submission to the contributor. 

 

It is also recommended that for adding technical information from specialised catalogues, referees do the edits themselves because contributors may not have access to detailed references. 

 

In a creation request, click on one of the language-specific edit links at the top.

Once you've added all the edits, click on the “Modify data” button at the bottom of the form.

 

You can go back to the creation request page to verify it.

 

Edit submissions cannot be edited.
