What should I do if I have an issue with a swap?

Numista provides a platform for collectors to swap coins, banknotes and exonumia. Numista has no control over the execution of the swaps and does not intervene in the relationship between the users.

 

In case of issue with a swap, for example if you didn't receive the items from the other user or if the received items are not as expected, you may try the following actions:

• Contact the other users to try to come to an amicable solution.
• Post a negative rating for the swap (in case you come to an amicable solution later on, you will still be able to modify the rating).
• If you believe that the other user is a scammer, you may report the user to administrators.
• Depending on the situation, you may want to report the case to your local police.
