When can referees reject submissions?

Referees should only reject requests for new items if they are duplicates or outside the scope of Numista. Modification requests should also be rejected if they are unquestionably wrong.

 

For incomplete submissions, for submissions that do not comply with the guidelines, or for submissions with insufficient references, referees should not reject the submissions. In these instances, the “Ask for editing” option should be used. Referees are encouraged to assist users in preparing the form.
