Watercolor depicting a view from the Loire of the Cessart Bridge in Saumur [49]. 277 m long, it links the old town of Saumur to the Ile d'Offard. Comprising 12 arches, it was designed by Louis-Alexandre de Cessart, to whom it owes its name, and built by architect Jean-Baptiste de Voglie, and completed in 1770.
