Woman and child sitting, the woman is holding a shield with a crowned norwegian lion holding an axe and facing left, vertical lines behind in the shield. All in a solid ring surrounded by inscription, solid ring on the rim.

Translation: The fatherland is always big enough for you, as long as you are big enough for the fatherland.

Crowned norwegian coat of arms at the above, the Eidsvoll building in a solid ring at the bottom. Oak wreath in the middle, inscription in the middle. Surrounded by another inscription, solid ring on the rim.
