Obverse

Moon head left represented by nose and stalk lips, ring for eye. Rings behind. Crescents and pellet rosettes (daisies) in front.

Reverse

Naturalistic horse left, single strand tail. V-shape or lyre below tail. Cruciform pattern of ring and crescents above. Large cross below with pellets at ends.

Healy Phase 2. Healy splits out the variations in design based on the symbols around the petal cross below the horse and the symbol below the tail. For right-facing horses, see COD 15 for right-facing obverses and COD 15ae for left-facing obverses.
COD 15ac ‘Horse Left 7'. Thin nostril, daisy in front of face. Horse left. 3 known (2 in the Pershore Hoard).
