Who are the Numista referees?

Referees are volunteers who commit their time and knowledge to coordinate the improvements to the catalogue for specific issuers or groups of issuers.

 

Referees are appointed independently for coins, banknotes, and exonumia.

 

The role of referees for their section of the catalogue include:

• verifying requests from contributors for adding new items or edits to existing pages
• adding missing pieces of information and enriching existing descriptions
• ensuring consistency and compliance with the catalogue guidelines.
