Copper square coin with "PAULIN" on center

Hi everyone,

I recently owned this copper square coin but it seems quite hard to find what it is actually
So i posted on the french side forum. I had some good answers but it isn't identified yet..

This is a one side coin i think

Wieght : 4.03g 0.14 Oz
Dimensions : 2 cm x 1.9 cm by side, and 2,8 cm diagonal 0.78 inch x 0.74 inch and 1.10 inch diagonal

i do not recognize what Paulin should mean.
From the style it sure looks as tough it could be from the Dutch Republic.

On the edge are there any openings?
Else it looks like possibly a obsidional coin (Siege coin).
or also possibly a coin weight.
