I put one of those coins aside today and did NOT find the expected (as Numista says) marks on it.

Numista says

SCWC says:

where (a) is the Paris mint!
So already Numista & SCWC do not agree at all

Seeing that I made images of all my 200 franc coins and came to this conclusion:

Only the 2004 coin seems to be made in Paris, since the Paris mintmarks are on it, the others MIGHT have been struck in London, as says Numista. But strange enough there are NO hearts of any size on any of the coins, not even the 2004. I found on the obverse of only the 2004 coin a signature

RJ, which I have not researched, thinking that somebody would know, who it is?

I'll set up a CR according to this, but I would like to hear your opinions as well?

Thanks
Ole

Per the coin page you referenced RJ is the Engraver Raymond Joly. You observations seem spot on. Anyone with this coin would be confused by the information on the Numista page.
In the Schön catalog (mine is from 2013) there is written:
2003 and 2005: Royal Mint, no mint mark
2004: Paris, with mint mark

and the same for the 500 Francs coin.
I'm not orange and also in other things I'm not a Donald at all. DonChori like Don Felipe or Doña María, por favor.

The 500 franc coin documentation I just finished:

I only have 4 of them, but as you said it seems to be the same story!

The Schön 20th century catalog from 2018 (46th edition) agrees, adding 2010 [RM] to both.
The Schön 21st century catalog from 2017 (3rd edition) also says 2005 exists from (a) and [RM].
(I find the 20th century catalog more reliable. Hopefully the next 21st will be significantly improved.)
