  • Will send 50 coins or more.
  • Will ship from Bangladesh (which have one of the most disgusting post workers).
  • Weight of packing should not be too much.

Hi Adnan,
I don't know how things work in Bangladesh, but in many countries there are weight limits on what can constitute a "letter" and what has to be sent as a "package", with the corresponding value differences. 50 coins will likely go over the "letter" limit (200gr in Canada) so you'll have to send as a package. The Numista swap page will tell you the weight of the selected coins, and you'll have to add the packaging materials to it.
I suspect based on your comment that you will have to send with "tracking" (registered, certified,...) to have some confidence it'll make the destination.
In general you have to:
- Try to hide the nature of the contents. If you have to declare use terms such as "tokens" "collectibles", etcetera. And check with your swap partner if there are any monetary restrictions on what they can receive. If you declare $100 they may need to pay tax, so you may declare $10 which will likely go through without much scrutiny (but may not insure the full value of the letter if it gets lost).
- Put the coins between cardboard in layers so they don't feel like coins to the touch from the outside.
- You can wrap each coin in aluminum foil (cheap and lightweight) or -less preferable- paper, and tape to the cardboard.
- You may have plastic coin holders or 2x2s that you can tape to the cardboard.
You need to ensure the coins won't get damaged in transit so:
- make sure no glue/tape touches the coins directly
- make sure the coins are secure so they don't move inside the letter/package, and don't rub with each other

I'll let others give you ideas as well.
Good luck.

Have a nice day and health to colleagues.
OK -colleague, I will try to illustrate the procedure and my options. The problem is that such packaging as I proceed takes half an hour or a whole.
,, Everyone has a different approach and this is just mine and I'm not a grandfather omniscient I'm just writing what I think,,
You will need hard cardboard from the box, sealing tape and an A-4 envelope

I will wrap some coins in food foil (microten bag) -it is possible to prevent the catastrophe that was recently published here that there was a wet envelope and coins wet and destroyed. Coins in a case or holder can also be adjusted -and leave in the original packaging.
Silver-gold -dimants , so place aluminum foil on the top cardboard.
Emphasize the designation of the shipment, that it is ,, birthday gift ,, -I throw in a few advertising papers about coins in the envelope
and I will call the gift "graphic designs"
I think almost everyone has a birthday this year .
rubber envelopes are better than paper envelopes.

The ones made of bubble wrap are ideal.

I use two hard cartons of milk packaging , the smaller A-4 can hold 50 -70 coins.
when the envelope is smaller make two layers of cardboard with coins and a third on top.

( Expensive-rare pirates from children's games are neither needed nor packed)
wrapped in food foil

fit the holes in the carton to the size of the coin and place the coin in the hole

cover with a second carton and seal around with any tape available , it is good to put it all in an A-4 plastic bag or wrap it in foil and put it in an envelope postcard- design paper on top and wrap. ( over silver on cardboard I will put aluminum foil)
I mean everything photographed-organized.
