PCGS price guide says the current value for the 1999 Silver proof set is $90. That's the retail price from a dealer. But I'm not a dealer so my values are a bit lower.

You can also search ebay. Be sure to click on the ADVANCED search and check off the SOLD button to look for actual prices people pay, not just what people ask. Look at the most recent 10 or 20 sales. Ignore the outliers (some very high some very low) and you'll get a good idea of value.
