Help with Byzantine coins

Hi guys, can someone help me identify these damaged Byzantine coins ?

I was informed this one is from Carthage. Looks like this type :

N#78175

But the diameter doesn't follow (my coin's diameter is 16-18mm).

 

Other coin : I was informed this one is a restrike which will make it harder to identify. No further information was given. Diameter : 20-23mm.

I hope someone can help me with those.

For assistance, I would use https://coins.labarum.info/en/catalog.  The first coin is correct, in that it is Cartage, similar to:

The problem is I can't make out the obverse. I think it is Constans II.
