Add ruling authority of Canadian provinces [solved]

This message aims at: requesting the creation or the modification of a ruling authority

Since the colonies of Canada are now seperated, I thought I would suggest this list for ruling authorities of the different provinces. Alberta for banknotes.

 

I think I've taken all coins into account. I've also just taken all tokens as coins under the British rulers. Not as seperate rulers, since the issuing company didn't rule the province, but just issued the coins and tokens.
