I believe this coin does not have the full set of years minted in the listing as well as using an incorrect KM# for reference.  In addition, I am unable to locate a 2nd reference or the coin shown on the Numista page "1847:

N#47385

any help would be appreciated.

From my latest SCWC catalog, 8 edt, 1801-1900.

In Krause there is only 1847 as a year for this type! As far as I can see, numista copied correctly for this coin.

okay, a puzzle, this is what I see when I look into on the NGC site

and 1842 is the coin that I have that started me on this puzzle.

I found the coin listed at     https://en.ucoin.net/coin/hesse_kassel-2-thaler-1847/?tid=81983   also.  To my eye it appears to be the same coin.  However, I still havent found a 2nd listing authority for the version listed on Numista site/KM listing.

And I dont see a listing for the KM# 600 2 thaler/3 ½ gulden  1842 that I have in my collection.  I would be happy to submit the KM# 600 for addition, I am just puzzled about the KM #610 that is already listed on Numista.

In KM you this:

I'm not a specialist at all, but somebody thought that 3 km# were necessary and that's how it is, km# wise.

In KM you find this:

I'm not a specialist at all, but somebody thought that 3 km# were necessary and that's how it is, km# wise. I cannot see, what the problem is?

KM#600 is clearly missing but the only difference from KM#608 seems to be the lettering size. KM#610 has a different obverse legend.

Right, the km600 has to be “imported” into Numista. Good that the week-end is coming up, so you can do that, have fun and thanks.

The difference between KM# 600 and KM# 608 are only bigger letters on obverse. The difference between KM# 610 and KM# 600/608 is the different legend: “…KURPRINZ = MITREGENT” vs. “…KURPR. U. MITREGENT”.

KM# 600 is added now but the page is missing a fine pichture.

Are we allowed to copy their images into numista?

I have come across several coins in my collection that aren't listed in numista along with having added 2 or 3 already.  As I have the time, I'll request additions to the numista catalog.  As you know, “real life” takes precedence and my time to work on my collection is limited.  Maybe I can hope for a winter storm to make me stay home for a week or so. :) ah! but then my internet access would probably be out for that time.
