  I can not find a line in the catalog for series 2017A Chicago ,star note. Does it need to be modified.

 Did i do this right? Or is adding a line done with modify. Or do you go through here to add a line. Also my new US 20 dollar star note has no line. Series 2017A   C3  PC 00352591*. just got it 2 days ago.

Year lines are not locked.  You can submit a change request directly for both.
