Can we add National Bank of Nicaragua (Banco Nacional de Nicaragua) and Central Bank of Nicaragua (Banco Central de Nicaragua) to Nicaragua notes.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to apply for referee of the central american countries since Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua don't have a referee.
