Dog coin of Kh……

Hi all,

another strange coin - many more of those to come over the coming weeks/months.

this was in this paper envelope and I can’t read the handwriting - I have tried searching my weight , dimensions , tags etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated - the coin weighs 3.43g and is 16mm.
