Better following our modification requests processing

Hi!

I personnally struggle to follow my modification requests processing, for several reasons:

- I'm a referree so it is mixing my “auto validated” requests with the ones I do on other parts of Numista

- I do a lot of them so scrolling is a pain

- there is no notification when a referree write us in the answer area of the request

Currently I discover randomly some messages long after they were sent.

I suggest: 

- we receive a notification when we get a message through modification request text area (either by mail or with red dots)

- we can filter requests validated by ourselves from the other ones (useful only for referrees)

As newby referee, I see this problem with contributors.
