25 mm. Reverse is blank. Any ideas?

Could it be a button that has not had the toggle attached to it yet? It looks like it belongs on a uniform - button or epaulettes. Massive guess. AY

Not a bad guess. Thought it might be a golf marker. Found nine of these near a Coinstar machine. Thanks for the input.

Solved, almost three years later.

It's a golf ball marker displaying the logo of the Montreux Country Club in Reno, NV, USA.
