France 2 Francs 1945 C KM#886a.3

Hi,

I found this coin in a lot of aluminum coins, along with other 2 Franc coins of the same type of various years and mint marks. According to the coin's numista page N#677 this specific year and mint combination (1945 C) seems to be way more rare and valuable than others. The page says that it can start from 5 euros in VG condition and I have seen listings on ebay in similar conditions  that go up to 20 euros or more. What condition could this coin be considered to be in and what would be a value for it that makes sense?
