Yes, it's about Tannhausen (today Jedlinka), Wüstegiersdorf (Today Głuszyca), Ober-Wüstegiersdorf(Today Głuszyca-górna) and Blumenau( Today Jedlinka-górna).

But in the late 1930s, Blumenau and Tannhausen was combined with Wüstegiersdorf, and now they're all part of Głuszyca and Głuszyca-Górna in Lower Silesia in Poland

Well, before they were combined, the firm Meyer Kauffmann issued this for all of them together. As this notgeld is from 1920 so before they were combined
